COVID SAFETY POLICIES

We ask that all vendors & their teams wears face coverings (masks that cover the entire nose & mouth) from load in to break down. We also will be displaying signage letting shoppers know masks are required when approaching or entering booths. We will be limiting the number of vendors at each event to ensure everyone is distanced and properly spaced. We will also be providing sanitizer for vendors and shoppers to use throughout the event. We **encourage** cashless pay (Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) to limit cash transactions and contact with shoppers. If you cannot abide by these safety guidelines, you will not be asked back, in order to keep our staff, venue partners, vendors and shoppers safe. 

We aim to keep our pricing fair & affordable. Your booth cost is invested toward sponsored ads, marketing costs, print collateral, shared venue costs, entertainment and consistent, quality promotion for each of our artisans. Draft & Craft works hard to represent you and your business to the absolute best of our ability! We are looking to host handmade, locally crafted products during each of our events unless stated otherwise in the event description. Direct Sales applications will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OUR REQUIREMENTS AND POLICIES

*Please note that all of our events require that you provide your own TABLES, TENT & WEIGHTS. Weights are required to be a vendor, and we require that each vendor has 25lb weights PER LEG. Unfortunately, if you don't use or bring your own weights, you won't be asked back due to liability. So please plan accordingly! ​Help us keep our vendors and shoppers safe!*

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that certain things are out of your control, and we aim to work with you during those times! However, our cancellation policy states that if a vendor cancels an event, they fully forfeit their booth cost, no refunds or Rain Checks will be issued for any cancellations. 

RAIN CHECK POLICY

We will have a Rain Plan and/or Rain Reschedule Date for all accommodating venues. If the event is cancelled with no reschedule date, each vendor assigned to the event will receive a Rain Check credit to use toward a future event. You'll be sent an email with eligible event dates to choose from. You'll have 60 days to cash in your Rain Check and attend one of the dates sent via email. If you don't use your Rain Check within 60 days, it will be void. No refunds will be issued for Rain Checks and they are non transferable. If you cancel an event you use your Rain Check on, it will be void.
